AnswerWe ship to most places in the world. If we don’t ship to your place, make sure to send us an e-mail so we will figure a way out! We offer several shipping methods. When you place an order you can choose the shipping method that suits you best.
Question How do I know how much shipping costs I have to pay?
AnswerYou can see how much you have to pay once you have logged in and when you have added a product to your basket. Only for outside The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain, the shipping costs are dependent on the weight of your complete order. The shipping costs are calculated automatically and are displayed when checking out
your order.
Question How is my parcel shipped?
AnswerYou’ll have a few options to choose the courier of your choice. We work with DHL, DPD, UPS, and PostNL as well as a few local services.
After the parcel has been sent, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail so you’re able to track your parcel online.
Question How long will it take before my order is shipped?
AnswerAs soon as you placed your order and the payment has been received, your order will be specially made for you as we work with an ‘On Demand’ process. We have no stock and therefore this process normally takes 72 hours before we send out.

It may happen that items (caps / Flags/ etc.) are out of stock and have to be re-ordered. In that case, the shipment may take a little bit longer.

Average shipping times:
The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 3 – 5 working days.
Worldwide shipping: 5 – 8 working days.
